   Scheduling

Scheduling engine creates balanced schedules for matchups, home/away, game time, and venues.
Ease of use - Add teams, place them in a division, assign field or court slots, and the engine generates the schedule.
Save without publishing - Your schedules can be saved before publishing for reviewing by other league officials and for making sure your field usage is satisfactory.
Instant publishing - One click and a schedule is published for all to view, with email notification.
Fully editable - Once a schedule is created, any game can be edited (to change the date, time, venue, match up, or to add a comment), added, or deleted. In addition, we have Swap Games and Move Games to speed up game editing.
Rain/Snow Out Support - You can quickly postpone re-schedule groups of games by division or by field.
Complete control of Byes - Byes are automatically created on the schedule when a division has an odd number of teams. Byes can be modified or deleted as the schedule is modified.
Traveling Leagues - Local leagues can assign home fields before the schedule is made, and when the scheduling league creates the schedule, the scheduling engine links the field slots to the match ups. Scheduling parameters allow spreading out games over a week and specifying more than one game per week for each team. This means a huge savings in time for the scheduling league. It also means saving a lot of time for the affiliated leagues, who no longer need to assign slots to each game by hand. Field slots can also be assigned by the affiliated leagues after the schedule is created.
Flighting - Teams within a division can be placed into flights to align teams with comparable strengths.
Tournaments - A special tournament scheduling engine provides templates for common tournament formats, including round robins, single and double eliminations, and double elimination with re-entry. Our tournament scheduler has been used for local, regional, and national championship tournaments.
Printable Schedules - With a single click schedules can be formatted for printing. Especially useful for tournaments where schedules and results need to be posted in a central location.
Practice Scheduling System - Teams can be assigned practice times on fields. A great league management tool.
Customized team page - the team page has game & practice schedules, team officials, and directions to fields.
Links to Player Stats - If your league keeps player stats, it is easy create a link to them from the division schedule page.

   Referee Assigning

Games listed by date and field for assigning - You can quickly assign referees to games on a given date using a drop down list.
Confirmation - An Auto-Email is sent requesting confirmation when the assignment is made, and an email is sent back when the assignment is confirmed or declined. Referees can confirm assignments with a simple click. Confirmed Assignments are displayed on the website.
Easy access to assignments - Referees can log in and click on Current Assignments to see all current assignments.
Easy access to assignment history - One click and referees can view all games they have officiated.
Game Reports - The Referee Coordinator can create specialized reports of games refereed with payment information. The data can be exported to help you track payments.
Self-Assignment - A league can optionally allow referee self-assignment. The Referee Coordinator is automatically notified of a self-assignment, and can override it if desired.
Request/Confirm - A league can optionally allow referee requests for game assignments. All requests for a game are displayed for the Referee Coordinator, who can then select who to confirm for assignment.
Message Appending - The Referee Coordinator can append auto-email for referees with individualized messages.
Referee Strength - Referees can be assigned a strength rating that limits which games they can request or self-assign to. The strength ratings also serve as a guide to the assignor.
Affiliated Referees - Teams can recruit referees who are required to officiate a minimum number of games during the season. This is a great tool for leagues to insure that games are covered.

   Results and Standings

Standings schemes and rules are tailored to your specific sport.
Results - Results can be entered by team officers, the results secretary, the referee, and the Match Secretary. If officers from both teams enter matching results, they are considered final.
Automatic Standings - Enter results and the standings are automatically generated. Standings can be viewed on the division schedule page.
Public and Non-Public Standings - There is an option for each division whether to keep standings, and if kept, whether to have standings public. League officers can still view non-public standings, a useful tool for tracking parity within divisions.
Editable Standings Schemes & Rules - A league can create/tailor its own standings rules and schemes.
Printable Standings - Standings can be formatted for printing, either by a single division or a whole competition.
