The Forty Niner Youth Soccer League (49er YSL) is comprised of 5 recreational soccer clubs representing the areas of Auburn, Newcastle, Foresthill, Placer Hills and Colfax. The Competitive and Metro Clubs (49er United Youth Soccer Club) select players to compete at a higher level of soccer.

Forty Niner Youth Soccer League serves approximately 2,200 players and utilizes over 500 adult volunteers. We provide an opportunity for area youth, ages 4 to 18, to participate in soccer. The Forty Niner Youth Soccer League is affiliated with the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) which is affiliated with the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and the Federational Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). As an affiliate, 49er YSL players are eligible to participate in the Association Cup, the State Cup, Olympic Development Program and Premier Program.

Forty Niner Youth Soccer League is a non-profit corporation supported through player registration fees and donations. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for youth players of all skill levels to participate in soccer programs.

Forty Niner Youth Soccer League Board meetings are held on the Third Tuesday of each month at AYSC Office, 457 Grass Valley Hwy #14, Auburn CA (behind Kinko's) at 6:30 pm.
