Navigation: From User Home Page go to Manage League then Modify League Settings.

If there is more than one Referee Coordinator, the League Administrator can select who receives email about requests and self-assignments. This option is only relevant if either the "Request/Confirm" or "Allow Referee Self-Assignment" feature is turned on.
